Privacy policy
We want this website to be as simple as it looks. It collects no data, tracks no visitors and sets no cookies. Below we explain exactly what happens to your data if you choose to get in touch with us.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Araucaria spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a limited liability company incorporated under Polish law, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-793) at ul. Małej Łąki 8/23, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register under KRS number 0001258468, tax ID (NIP) 9512653744, statistical number (REGON) 545425772.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to hello@transitsignals.com.
2. What data we process
This website contains no forms and no data-collection mechanisms. We process only the data you send us yourself when you write to us by e-mail: your e-mail address, your name or company name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
Separately from us, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, browser type). These are technically necessary to serve the site and keep it secure.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your message and handling correspondence — our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract, or performing one, where your enquiry concerns this — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Keeping the site secure and working correctly (server logs) — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry, and then for the period in which any related claims could be brought. Data forming part of our accounting records is kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose. Server logs are deleted in line with our hosting provider's policy.
5. Who receives your data
Your data may be entrusted only to parties that support us technically or professionally: our hosting and e-mail providers, our accountants and our legal advisers. We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing purposes, and do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@transitsignals.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies. It runs no analytics tools, carries no tracking pixels, and loads no resources from third-party servers. That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent — there is nothing to ask about.
8. Copyright
The name and figurative mark “Araucaria”, together with the content, layout and design of this website, are the property of Araucaria sp. z o.o. and are protected under the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights. Using them in whole or in part — in particular copying, reproducing or distributing them — requires our prior written consent.
